The goal of this program is to invite experts in the viscous incompressible fluid system to give series of lectures in AMSS and collaborate research on  related topics. This year, we already invited H. Abidi; J. Y. Chemin, J. M. Coron (Academician of French Academy of Sciences);  J. Shatah (Academician of Amercian Arts and Sciences);   M. Paicu  F. Sueur; L. Vega (Academician of Spanish Academy of Sciences). Professor Yanyan Li is going to stay here from Augest 1th to 15th and deliver series of lectures on elliptic and parabolic system.
